Installed in the windows of the NBC Store, 5th Avenue NY,NY January 2008 to promote BRAVO's new series, Make Me a Supermodel. Clients: PlayMotion, Inc., Fallon McElligott, NBC.

The installation consists of two parts. One window houses a computer-vision driven interactive installation, in which passers-by can interact with the two supermodel hosts, Nikki Taylor and Tyson Beckford. Their video images seem to follow you as you walk past. Whey you stop, they stop. If you make a gesture, they will respond with one of their own. In an adjacent window, pedestrians can use their cell phones to send a SMS message to a hot-line to vote on their favorite contestant after viewing each one posing. When their vote is registered, they are "rewarded" with a video of their contesting doing a special catwalk. The transitions between states are done in real time to give the whole experience a smooth and seamless feel. Built as a novel form of interactive advertising to attract the attention of busy New Yorkers who are somewhat desensitized to traditional adverts.

My contributions included processing and editing of high def footage of contestants, digital compositing, motion graphics, experience/interaction design, art direction, project management, A.M. snack hero.
